Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have 365 days cancellation notice when you make a purchase on our webshop. The right to cancel your order expires 365 days after the day you have taken delivery of your items.

If you have ordered multiple items at once, but they are delivered separately, the right to cancel your order expires 365 days after you have taken delivery of the last item.

The cancellation right entails that you have 365 days from taking delivery, to inform us that you would like to cancel your purchase. You do that by sending an email to kontakt@weshape.dk.

You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing the delivery, without simultaneously informing us.

Returning a portion of your purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even though they are a part of the same order.

Note, we do not provide refunds for the shipping costs, should you return a portion of an order.

Returning an item/items

When you have informed us that you would like to return /cancel your purchase, you have 365 days to send the item(s) back to us.

You pay for the return shipment yourself and you are liable if damages occur during shipping.
